{The R Family}

This lovely family and I have worked together before...one child less then they have now and in the deep South when both of our husbands were based in Alabama. 

I was so excited for the opportunity to work with them again when I visited Colorado. They drove down from Wyoming, so we met somewhere in the middle in the beautiful city of Boulder at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. 

I loved working with this family for so many reasons, but mostly because they were purely themselves...I loved the laid back, organic style to this shoot.

I think my absolute favorite is the sword. Only cool moms let their sons have swords in pictures :)
